Graduate School

A Word from Jay

I personally work with all students preparing for the LSAT, GMAT, or GRE. I have not only scored in the top percentiles on each of these tests, but I’ve helped hundreds of students hit their target scores and get into top-tier schools from Columbia and N.Y.U. to Duke and U.C.L.A. Since 1999 I’ve helped college students, recent college grads, and not-so-recent college grads prepare for these tests and Learn to Succeed!™

Just as with the last economic slowdown several years ago, recent changes in the economy have led more students to seek admission to graduate programs, making test scores even more important for applicants trying to set themselves apart from the crowd. With record-breaking numbers of applicants taking theses tests, students should plan ahead and start working toward their goals as soon as possble.

About the LSAT

Most LSAT students struggle with the Logic Games section, but I can show you how this is actually a great place to achieve a quick score increase. I’ll also explain why most LSAT students end up practicing inefficiently, and I’ll help you get ready for the test without wasting time. I've written logic games for one of the nation's largest test prep companies, and during that time I took great care to write explanations that could be understood by students aiming for a 150 but which are also helpful for students pursuing the magic 180. But logic games constitute only a small portion of the LSAT; the Logical Reasoning sections count for half your score so of course we'll spend the time it takes to help you master those too.
